I’m Jon Capps, a freelance web designer specializing in handcrafted, standards-compliant code and open-source technologies. My philosophy is that a solidly built website focused on content and usability will keep users coming back for more. Let me use my knowledge of XHTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL to work for you. I code by hand, ensuring solid, streamlined code. And, since I don’t have to keep up-to-date with the latest versions of web-design suites, I can afford to charge rates you’ll find more attractive.
